Saw these at my LFS. Freshwater but did some research on my phone while there and eventually they will (recommended) need brackish. Such a neat thing, freshwater snowflake eel (no price), but I would need an entirely new tank setup and prob wouldnt be able to do plants since putting my hand in to trim things would be a no no.
