Water cloudiness?

I have a 10 gallon tank with a live plant and 3 fake, no fish and my water looks cloudy is this normal? (I write on the outside of my tank in dry erase markers with quotes and such that I like)

Did you just start this tank or have you had it for a while and when did you put the plant in

I put the plant in when I got it on sunday

It's never had any fish in it and I cleaned it with a wet rag, like the instructions said.

It should be fine its an algae bloom.from.the plant do a water change everyday till it clears up

Had this when i first set up my 10g tank and did 5 litre water changes for 3 days or so and it cleared up as quick as it came.
