Water problem? Water Cloudy after Substrate Change

I've finally managed to change the substrate in my tank and I like the way it looks.

However, now the water is really cloudy, fish seem ok just shy because I had to move them while i changed it. Will the water clear up soon?

You lost a lot of good bacteria when you changed the substrate. Know there is fresh surface area available which has caused a bacterial bloom. It will settle in a few days

Make sure to keep an eye on the water perimeters. That big of a change will send you into a mini cycle. It can also cause a nitrate spike because of all the gunk stirred up.

They aren't that expensive you can find the API Freshwater Master Test Kit for 15 - 20$ on Amazon and its a need for this hobbie.

Yes you can got wrong with the api text kit. And the bottles last a long time.
