hi there

my tank temp has been rising over the past few weeks due to water change and heat im my apart. its been between 79 and today 84. should i be worried? everything seems fine. can it be harmful? im sure in the wild water temp fluctuates a lot... please help

69g freshwater
2 blue jacks
2 rosy barbs
1 red torpedo barb
2 clown loaches
1 white molly
1 red rainbow
1 boesmani rainbow

Although 84 is a little high, you shouldn't be in any danger.

Fluctuating 5+ degrees in the same day seems like quite a bit to me.

Just curious, how come you don't really have any groups or schools? I'd think with a 69g tank you'd have quite a bit of room for barb schools. Do you have an algae eater at all? I see you have a couple clown loaches, but do you have a pleco or otto?
