Water test and sick cory

Have had two Decker (alexrod?) Corys turn almost completely pale white in the last week. Lost one this morning and expect the other to pass soon.

I did a water change on Monday and here are my current water test as of tonight. Wondering if the slight ammonia is from the dead fish in the tank all day ?
Will be doing another water change in a moment.

Planted tank with 8 cardinals, 4 bronze Cory, 6 zebra danios, 2 decker Cory and 2 Julii Cory, one BNP

what size tank is this and how long has it been set up?

also do you add anything to your tank?

and what brand of water conditioner do you use?

It's a 55g and setup since jan
