i tested my water parameter today on my 65 gallon tank and the results are:
pH - 7.6
Ammonia - 0 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
Nitrate - 10 ppm

are these good results? what about my nitrate? is that something i should worry about?

You're water is perfect. Nitrates are only harmful in high numbers.

Yep, you're all good just keep up on weekly maintenance.

Did you confirm the pH with the high range test?

Also, your numbers are great.

Nitrates can go as high as 80ppm with some hardy fish and not cause problems, although that is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED and you should always adjust your water change schedule to keep them at least under 40, preferably less than 20.
