Weather Loach and Angel fish friends

I am pretty new to aquariums and recently set up a 30G fresh water tank. After a 8 week fishless cycle I added some fish. One cool fish that I love to watch is a weather loach. Not sure if it is normal but he and my Angel seem to be friends, the weather loach is always found swimming with the angel and touching him etc...

Has anyone ever heard of this? I don't think the loach is attacking the angel and his behaviour almost appears playful. Anyhow I find it neat to watch. Perhaps I'll try and get a short video sometime.
