Weird "fibers" in dechlorinated water bucket?

Bleach is hypochlorite, not chlorine. They are different chemicals with different reactivities. If you're going to use Prime to remove the bleach, you need to use much larger doses than if you were just removing chlorine.

Use lots of prime if you use bleach, several times what the instructions tell you to use.
