So I woke up this morning to find little marking on the glass of the tank that were not noticable at first but after a while looking at them seem strange. At first i thought maybe im just getting a layer of algae but as I looked closer these marksing all seem to start at a point and spread out. Now I bougbt a java fern that had seeds on its leaves and they are already starting to grow but Im not sure if that is what is causing the marks. If you have any ideas to what it might be I would like to know. Here are some pictures I took 20170430_181158.jpg20170430_181148.jpg

Looks like banana worms, but you may want to wait for someone to back that up.

It they are... congratulations on your live fish food culture :)

Nope.

People grow their own cultures of them to feed to fry.

You may find your fish start picking them off.

Probably came in on the fern.

Wow thanks I was worried I brought in some sort of fungus but hopefully it is banana worms. That fern came with a bunch of surprises.
