What are these pink flat worms?

Can anyone tell me what these worms are and if I should do something to get rid of them?

Those are planaria. And you have quite a few of them in your tank. I see them occasionally in my tanks but their population fluctuates.

Here is an option which is liquid goat dewormer, for farm goats instead of the tablets for dogs.

Not sure. I've had danios snatch them up but later spit them out. From what I have read they produce a toxin that makes them distasteful (and may cause problems in shrimp tanks).

Some fish eat them, but usually only if starving. Cut down on your feeding as much as possible, food is what drives the population growth. Try fasting your tank for a few days, then reducing both amount and frequency of feeding. Siphon any you can get at out with water changes. Treatment works but I prefer to avoid it if at all possible. Some snails might help take of excess food also.

Fwiw, they are harmless to fish, just unsightly.
