I feed mine Omega One fish flakes but I am not sure if they need more than that as I have community fish.

If you have anything bright and colorful, you may want to consider starting to feed shrimp/worms as a nutritional treat which aids with color. Otherwise they fade over time.

I use flakes as a staple once/day. My breeder tank gets fed 3x/D. Flakes once, worms in afternoon, shrimp at night. Fry get fed 5xD all sorts of things to taste, my tetra/hatchetfish get fed 2xD with one choice of extra feed later in the day.

Omega One Marine Flakes with Garlic.
Freshwater fish love it. Occasional blood worms.

For my American cichlids hikari cichlid gold and for the Africans lettuce for a treat and spirulina and like once a month blood worms.

Brought home some omega one super color flakes today. I like the ingredient list much better than my el cheapo (top fin) flakes. Also purchased some hikari sinking wafers.
