What else can I feed my fish?

I alternate between flake, bloodworms.
Was wondering if there is something different as a 'treat' that I can give them? IE: Fruit, Veggies??

I have Angels, Congo Tetras.

Thank you,
Richie

Just about any frozen foods for freshwater that are an appropriate size....mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, 'community menu' mixes, like or frozen blackworms, etc.

Definately frozen food. Tubiflex worms work i found that my cichlids prefer shrimp pellets that sink above all else.

My congos go nuts for Brine Shrimp (frozen), there is a package (sally's) thats marked as "Spirulina Enriched Brine Shrimp" and the will tear it up..

But then again, mine go nuts when I throw flake in

They also like playing catch with shrimp pellets, but if they miss it, they won't pick it up from the bottom
