What fish is this?

I recently bought this fish and am wondering what it is? They told me it probably was a goby or mudskipper. But i want to be sure...any ideas??

Unfortunately it could be either one! Can you try to get a picture without the glare so the dorsal fin is more observable?? The link to 10small.jpg doesn't seem to be working.

It looks like some type of goby but I can't see it clearly enough to try and guess which one. Can you get some other shots of it?
