As I posted in my initial post, it is a Silver Dollar Freshwater Fish. Before making such a rude and uncalled for post, look at the link that I posted and you will see that the fish in your picture and the fish in the link is identical, yours is just smaller. Your fish is gaining the red coloration on the fin, just like the one pictured. The body types are the same. The coloration and shimmer is the same. The shape is the same. I don't claim to know the identity to all fish, but I know a Silver Dollar when I see it and THAT is a Silver Dollar FRESHWATER fish.
