I have a female guppy who seems to have what looks like some kind of prolapse can anyone tell me what this is please?

I believe this is called prolapsed uterus. This happened to one of my guppies when I used to have freshwater tanks. Sorry to tell you but mine did die the next day... Try googling it and see if you can find any info and how to help it.

Pleco, in your CP, click on Edit Options under Settings and Options in the left bar. In there is where you can set notification settings.

OP, how is your guppy doing?

I think prolapsed uterus was right. Sadly she was dead this morning.

I did google it yesterday after I saw this post and it looks like it definitely was - very sorry you lost her!!
