Need some input on what you think this might be....
Found this in my 10 gal planted aquarium which is home to ghost shrimp, endlers, bladder snails.

I recently purchased java moss from my trusted fish store so maybe it came in that???

It has quite a few legs and thick antennas on its head.

I am confident this is not a baby shrimp.

Any help identifying it would be great! IMG_0306.JPG

No idea what it's called, but have seen similar in our outdoor ponds. I had thought it to be a larval stage of some insect, but if you found it in your aquarium . . .Who knows. Hopefully someone can identify it. You could take it in to your LFS also. They could possibly ID it.
