What Is this Bug??

Found this thing in my tank today. Its a 15g planted tank with cherry shrimp and badis badis. Been set up for over a year and i havent added plants in over a month. It was just clinging to a leaf. Any ideas what it is, and how it got into my tank?

Kind of looks like a wood boring beetle , but the body proportions seem off.

What shape is the head..How many legs does it have?? Looks like only 4.

At first I thought it looked like a tick too but I doesnt have 8 legs.. lol.

its 6 legs. It seems to be an outside insect that somehow managed to get in my tank?
