What is this kind of catfish .

Note he swims upside down a lot, and I am pretty sure he is not an upside down catfish. I got him today, and I was told his name and I have since forgotten it. I was going to put him in a take with some Oscars and Turtles. But he has these little barbs on him that can do some damage.

So are they aggressive like this guys seems to be. I was thinking he would just had in a log like my other cat fish. But even in the Quarantine he does not seem to be that claim .
