What is wrong with my molly ?

She dropped fry about four days ago. I don't know how many she had, but I only collected/saw 3. You can see on one of her sides the inside of her looks like it has a black spot. It only appeared maybe 3 hours ago. It's only on one side.

Sometimes mollies will drop fry a few times from one pregnancy I would watch her she may still be pregnant.
