That looks like a rosy minnow that they have at petsmart.

Oh ok, its a brownish color and the fins are clearlike,,looks kind of like a danio but im not sure. I used to know what kinnd they were but I have had them a little over a year so I forgot

It is a little hard to tell because of the angle the fish is in in your photo, but I'm guessing it might be a medaka (Oryzias latipes). Do an image search on medaka and see how it compares with your fish.

Thanks this one is definately it,,at first I thought it was a rosy red minnow but I have a change of mind now.

Yeah I dont think anybody buys rosies to keep as a pet. Just for feeding other fish

Yeah, I always had a doubt though. Its not even the same color as a rosy
