What kind of fish is this?

It looks pretty cool, almost reminds me of a type of gourami. I can't find its common name though. Scientific name is Parosphromenus harveyi.

I am extremely interested in this fish but the only thing I have read on it so far claims that it needs soft acidic water . That would suck. Lol. TIA

Check out the plakats too, they are really cool, and fairly cheap.

I want a black betta and a white betta, but I can't ever find any. And I mean solid, not with other colors.
