What kind of fish is this?

My school has a tank in their library housing a small number of tetras, an angelfish, cories, a guorami, and this fish. Can anybody tell me what this is?

That looks like a very blurry picture of a rainbow of some sort with the reflection of a tv on it (maybe it's just a poster of some kind?)

Ya, ya make fun of the iPhones photo quality, haha. I'll look up rainbow now that I have a starting point and try and get a better picture.

bosemani rainbow would be a good starting point... but that's just a guess, plus they seem to be the most common

Ya. I was just about to post that from googles images it looks like a bosemani rainbow.

You may also check out goyder river rainbows. If you look in my 40 journal, I have 3 varieties of rainbows in there until I move them to my 125

I checked back on your thread and it's not a goyder. At least not from your pictures. Definetly leanin toward the bosemani
