what the heck are these buggers?

I cant get a pic of them they are too small, and for the same reason I cant really find any other identifying characteristics other than their eyes glow on top bright turquoise. The are about 3/4 of an inch long and have long slender bodies, like torpedos. And their bodies are grey with tiny amounts of shimmering.

Any guesses anyone?

Ill be trying to get a picture all night.

no I just bought them and the owner of my fish shop didnt even really know what they were. he said his beast guess was some glow light killie fish.. but he said he knew it wasnt right.

they do look like a larger version of really small fry though

Sounds like a lamp-eye killie...perhaps Aplocheilichthys macrophthalmus macrophthalmus.

I suspected as much...they were one of the first killies I owned, way back when.
