what the **** is this?
ok i just got this fish and ive been looking all over indetifying sites and i have not yet found it
it looks like a minnow but is black and white in no certain pattern and his anal and dorsal fins reach back close to its tail

if i had a digital camera or a scanner i would put one in, but ive been looking on every single sight for a picture but i find nothing

Is it a guppy? There are many different types of guppys that come in a large variety of colors and patterns.

Could be just about anything....from a long-finned danio to some sort of killie to....well, you get the picture....we really need a couple of decent photos to be able to give you even a guess.
