A shrimp tank is out of thr question now because i never thought about a quarantine tank. So thats what i gotta use it for. I dont want to but i have to just in case. Its no quarantine right now cause my convicts laid eggs and their fry are in there. Who knows maybe ill end up getting another 5.5 for shrimp.

You can even just get a smaller tank for shrimp if you want. I have a 2.5g tank for my shrimp and it works great. Just a thought in case MTS sets in...A shrimp tank is out of thr question now because i never thought about a quarantine tank. So thats what i gotta use it for. Whats you setup?(filtration, lighting, plants, stock)

Oh, I'm so sorry I never posted pictures! I entirely forgot about it!!! But here are some pictures of the shrimp tank and of the shrimp as for setup
Tank: 2.5g
Light: Whatever light bulb came with, probably doesn't do anything...
Filtration: Elite Mini Filter w/ fabric underneath it to stop the shrimp from being sucked in.
Stock: 13 or so tiger shrimp, and until I get another tank set up 10ish endler fry.
Plants: 2 Marimo balls, anacharis, java moss, and some leaves.

O cool tank!! I cant find tiger shrimp anywhere! Did u order them?

Thanks! I got the tigers off of aquabid, it was the same people from www.bobstropicalplants.com I've only had 2 of the shrimp die so far, and I highly doubt any others will unless the water parameter get out of control. I got all of them for $33 that is including shipping which was $7. I love them so far and would definatly suggest getting them!

I have a 2.5g tank with a diy sponge filter, 15 watt flourescent light, 15+ rcs, guppy grass and hornwort.
