What type of plant is this?

I am not sure exactly what type of plant this is. I'm pretty inexperienced with aquatic plants and I thought it to be a type of Anubias so I have it bound to a rock with a rubber band and not planted in the substrate. Recently, I believe it has begun to lose its coloration so I would like to verify its identity to figure out what it's necessities are to revive it. If you can identify this plant and/or suggest some plant advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure that's not even a fully aquatic plant... I was tricked into purchasing a similar plant back in my noob days

Could it be a Pothos vine? If so I don't think they are supposed to be fully submerged.
