What type of tetra?

Hi I just purchased some new tetras to add to the tank. I can't remember what kind they are! Photos aren't very clear sorry....Don't think they are rosie tetras cos the shape of their face is slightly different

Yes look at lots of different tetras on line and think they are Columbian red finned. Ta. While I'm here.......any suggestions on top dwelling fish that are hardy enough and nice looking? Cos middle and bottom are filling out nicely in the tank. By the way it's 340litres.

Ok yeah, Columbian makes sense. They do best in large groups. They can be nippy in small tanks or too small groups.
