what veggie can fish eat?

Hi all im just wondering what sorts of alternative foods you feed your fish.. My leopard frog pleco loves a blanched courgette.. I cant find a zucchini in the uk... Unless its the same thing. But anyway is there anything else thats good for my fish?

Over here they call it baby-marrow..

But my bristlenoses like the odd cucumber and lettuce as well.

What about things like brocolli or cauliflower... My pleco only comes out for a hikari pellet or some courgette.. Just think about his nutrition really all my other fish seem to eat anything

Broccoli & cauliflower are great, too! Just make sure its plain & cooked.
