Whats a good quality cichlid food?

I've got a blood parrot, firemouth and kribensis in one tank and then some balloon rams, kribs and some tetras in another. My food is about up and I wanna get a good quality food for them all. Any pet store readily avail food come to mind?

personally i like food from kensfish.com. new life spectrum is another good one is hikari.

I haven't checked online was just gonna pick sumthin up after work and really didn't. Wanna ask the employee. Haha

I don't know about south americans you got there but for the african cichlids, freeze dried spirulina and plain old cichlid pellets do just fine.

Yep, Hikari,Kens and Fish King are the ONLY foods I feed my fish, well discusmadness frozen soon too but you cannot go wrong with kens. My fish LOVE his stuff.

just grabbed some hikari floating pellets, which prob wont do my rams any good since they dont go up to get the food, but whatever
