whats going on with my cycle?

i wouldnt.... now 2 weeks down the road if there is no change, then you may want to think about it. a cycle is not a quick thing, patience is key

should i do any water changes at this time? maybee bring the ammonia down a little, or should i leave it be? thought i was on the road till this happned lol

as long as its not above 6ppm, you shouldnt have to worry... im pretty sure its 8ppm that will stall out the cycle

ok cool, one more thing, if i do have to drain the tank does that mean i will have to totally gut the filter?

well yes and no. if it comes to it, i would just because if there is something in the tank preventing the bacteria from living, it could be in the filter too. chemicals, etc can cause that, but dont give up hope... i thought my first fishless cycle would never end, but it did, and well worth the wait
