okay, I have quite a few female platys and two male platys. I've had them about 2 months and only two have given birth, to my knowledge, in this time. One had 11 fry exactly one week ago but still looks huge and still has a dark gravid spot. The other one I am curious about hasn't had and fry yet and is quite large, but she doesn't have a dark gravid spot... I can see small black dots in her though which I believe are the frys eyes, not sure how long she has to go though. I'm trying to look for the signs but it is hard with her. A few days ago she was hiding under things and not moving much, only coming out to eat, and now she is really active again.
