Where did my mystery snail and nerite snail go?!

So my nerite snail just disappeared i don't know if it burrowed itself or what! And my myster snail is not in its shell and I can't find it the shell is empty and the little tip thing is on the substrate! What happened to my snails?!?!?!?!

Sounds like the mystery snail died and it's body either rotted away or was eaten.

The nerite snail may have climbed out of the tank. Did you check around it on the floor or any nearby surfaces? How about the underside of the tank lid?

Do you have any pets? It's possible that it got kicked/batted/nosed away after falling out. Nerites don't dig, so it's either outside the tank or wedged inside some decoration or the filter.

Check in your filter for your nerite. It's happened before, I'm not sure how though.

I did that too lol and mine has a guard on it
