Where to find red tail tinfoil barbs that are actually red ?

All the ones locally are only silver and no red but the ones on the internet are clearly red. These silver tinfoil barbs don't even look like the more common tinfoil barbs seen in videos, though they are labeled as red tail.

Where do people find these red tail tinfoil barbs ?

Yeah, found that out, I went and bought one and sure enough the colors started to come out. It was driving me crazy for a good while. Cute little fish, has a thing for schooling and/or chasing with bala shark too.
