where to get mts snails?

my lfs dont have them. Where can I get them?

I cichlids, and want them to stir up the sand for me. What do they eat? This could be a problem since my cichlids dont let any food hit the bottom...

You could try Aquabid. They will eat algae and whatever else they can find. You don't need to suppliment for them.

are they worth it? Or do they just get out of hand and become a pain to deal with... Also, I know you cant see them during the day but I have white sand, which may reveal them. Problem?

I have them in all of my tanks and do not see them as a pain. Mine are out during the day sometimes. The white sand doesn't cause a problem.

eBay has them too... infact i sell mine on eBay... but then im in the uk... although have shipped internationally in the past...


I see a few of mine in the day too, i think they're pretty darn useful
