I have a 75 gallon aquarium that currently has 2 whisper 60's on it. They are on their last legs now though and I want to go with a canister this time.

Eheim seems to be the most popular, and most everything I read about them is good. So, is this, The Eheim Classic 2215, the right filter for my aquarium?

Right now I have(but who knows in the future):

1 red-tailed shark
3 dwarf neon rainbowfish
10 tetras
2 gold dojos
2 botias
4 cories
1 common pleco (rescued)

Thanks!

I have a Rena XP2 and XP3 that I really like. I've always wanted to try an Eheim since I've heard such good things about them (besides the Ecco). If you shop around on craigslist/ebay you can find some really good deals on the Rena filters. I bought a XP3 for $55 on ebay about a month ago. It was 6 months old and missing the hoses and spraybar but I replaced them for about $15-20 at Home Depot. Shop around and you will find a good deal. Good Luck!

rena xp or marineland c series would be my choice. ehiems are nice just pricey.
