Which plant should I get?

I am ordering some shrimp and the seller offered to send me 2-3 plants free. Which ones do you recommend? My tanks are 5.5 and 10 gallon. Both have 6500k 10 watt ZooMed Ultrasun bulbs. The 5.5 gallon has one and the 10 gallon has 2.

My choices are:
Najas (Guppy Grass)
Hornwort
Amazon Frogbit
Duckweed
Subwassertang

Depends on the fish. I like hornwort for my fry to hide in.

I have 5 neons and 1 Betta in my 10 gallon. The 5.5 gallon will be a shrimp only tank.

Depends on what you want. If you want floating, I would go with duckweed, but for a stem plant I would go with subwassertang, even though it's not a stem plant
