One of my tanks has a white-ashy, dust-like stuff on the bottom, lots of it.
This is a twenty gallon holding 3 baby angels I had for over a month that I am growing. Temp is 80f, tank is bare bottom, no plants or decorations, just a grow out tank and I do about three 50% water changes per week, none of my other tanks have this stuff.
Fish are growing eating well and look fine, I'm not worried but the white stuff has me puzzled.
It seems I am able to vacuum most of it out since it's a bare bottom tank but within a day the bottom is full of the white dusty stuff again, some times is even seeing on top of the water floating.
Anyone gone through this?
