White scum?

Hi all, my tank just cycled about a week ago and I have noticed that there is a white film. This white film is on the glass but most pronounced on the black co2 hose leading to my diffuser. It is not really "hairy" but a filmy scum. Will this go away? Should I put my bn pleco from other tank in the new one? Thanks in advance.

You could try doing more PWCs and use a net to scoop up as much scum as you can. How many fish do you have? Maybe don't feed so much? Could be oils/decaying matter caused by rotting food/plants? Just my opinion...
