White spots, id please?

I have three Nerite snails, thinking they maybe eggs? Or just mould??

Yeah, exactly and have only appeared since I put more snails in, that I've noticed anyway.

I'm not so sure, snail eggs are usually in a jelly casing. Also nerites need brackish water to breed I think
 
So should I leave them and see or should I scrub them off/boil the wood?
 
Nerites need brackish to salt to breed but they still lay eggs in fresh. They are most likely nerites and wont hatch. There eggs are not jelly incased
