White things???

Ok so after a three day blackout, big water change which has got rid of my green water. I am now left with cloudy water and on the lower part of my glass which I haven't rubbed over with a cloth are loads of little tiny white things. I have added a pic but it's not the best.
Any ideas?? Most importantly is it harmful for my fish?

Just done a water test ammo 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 5 just incase it helps anyone with a diagnosis

Do the white things look like worms & are wiggling/crawling?

No they are like small tiny deposits on the glass which move with the water flow

I would just wipe/scrape off the glass when you do your next water change & not worry too much.

Thanks, I've wiped the section off I can reach to see how long it stays away
