I have a tank that is 200L and it contains 7 tiger barbs, 7 pearl Danios and 5 Otos.
I'm going to move all the fish into a 100L tank and sell the Otos.
Then with the 200L I'm going to start fresh, throwing away everything (the water plants gravel etc)
Then I'm going to add sand and add some amazon swords. I'm then going to cycle the tank and then add the pearl danios and tiger barbs back into the tank (I'll be doing this over the course of a week or something)
Also I'm going to be adding my old weather loach that is fully grown into the tank as he/she is in a small 30L with 3 other goldfish.
My questions:
1. Will my barbs survive being moved to a smaller tank (cycled) for a week or two.
2. Can you direct me to a website where I can look at biops (how ever you spell it) for weather loaches.
3. Will all the danios and barbs survive in a tank that doesn't contain many hiding places? (the right hand side will be full of 5-7 amazon swords. )
Thank you
