Worm in my tank!!!

I was watching my females in my tank when my hornwort started moving strange.apon further inspection i found a worm eating my hornwort.

Remove it and watch you plants closely. If they are newly planted you can take them out and try a bleach dip.
But I'm a noob and that is probably what I would do. Hopefully someone with experience with these can help.
