Worried about peacock eel... - Aquarium Advice

I have two, and since I bought them a few weeks ago one of them has been less active than the other. He ate and stuff but he never swam around much, but now he's nearly white and seems to be breathing heavier and doesn't have much coloring, and he doesn't swim much even if another fish swims right into him. Anyone know what's wrong? Ammonia's at 0, nitrite's at 0, nitrate is around 10. The other fish are all behaving normally and everything else is working fine. Temp's at about 79.

Nevermind. Died before I got a reply, just like last time I asked about a sick fish.

Yeah.

My best guess is a previous ailment, as he's been sluggish since I got him. The other fish are doing okay, at least. Pondering what to get to replace him, dunno if I'm gunna get another eel.
