Would a 4" green spotted puffer be okay with a small 2" green spotted puffer?

Would a 4" green spotted puffer be okay with a small 2" green spotted puffer?

Would they go together even one is at a small size and the other at a medium size? I'm planning on getting a 4" one at my lfs and put it with my 2" one since Walmart don't carry them anymore got that little guy from Walmart. Please let me know if it's ok

What size tank? Are you keeping them in brackish water? Do you plan to home them in SW as adults?
