Yellowish Water

My water seems to have a dark yellow tint to it when i look through the sides but not as much when i look at the front but can still notice it. Its been there for a few weeks and even after ive done some PWC. My tank is 29gal and is planted and is only about 3 months old ... so will this just go away with time or do i have something to worry about?

Do you have driftwood? Probably what is causing the yellow water.

Ooooooo didnt even think about the tannins ... but ya know i think you could be right .... and yes i have driftwood ... you solved it i believe

thats all it is, if you look through the sides of the tank at the other walls do you see brown scum on the walls?

nope walls and stuff are clean thanks to my resident BN pleco ... just the tint to the water and i totally had forgot about my driftwood
