This weekend I was able to pick up a thirty gallon tank with an iron stand, and filters, hood etc. for $35!! I am really wanting to use this tank as a breeding tank for either my GBR or my Keyhole Cichlids. I know my GBR have spawned in my community tank, but I haven't seen the Keyholes spawn, although I'm pretty sure I have a pair. I'm reading some of Billsgate's posts, because he has bred Keyholes before. A thirty gallon should be okay for a pair of keyholes? If anyone has some advice on triggers for spawning or raising fry I'd love to hear them. I'm excited to give this a try once I get the new tank settled.

Wow, great deal on the tank! :D Have you tested it for leaks yet?

I don't have any advice for you on getting the keyholes to spawn, but just wanted to add that a 30 gallon would be a great size for them.
