Zip Lock fish safe?

I'm moving a few min away and need to know if I can use zip lock bags to move the fish

As long as you don't keep them in there too long. I use empty very clean cat litter tubs or I believe you can buy clean buckets at lowes or home depot. Or for short moves, I have used new clean 1 gal. trash cans.

Ya I'm thinking of that but not all my fish get along lol so I think I well jest go with the bags it's less than a 10Min drive their

If you live near an lfs, just stop in and tell them your dilemma. Ask for a few empty fish bags.
