Does the saltwater tank include the filter and the heater and all other necessary elements.

I just sold it about an hour ago. But I still have the light. I was just coming on here to post an update.

Yes, it's a custom sealife power compact. 130watts. 50/50 (atnic/daylight). I also have legs for it to elevate it above the tank if needed.
