Swap: Anyone looking to downsize

If anyone in the NYC/Long island area is looking to downgrade to some smaller tanks and maybe even breed I am looking for a 40 gallon or larger with just a hood and filter no stand and maybe some substrate. I have the following to trade altogether for a 40g or larger,

A 20 gallon high,
Full hood, fluorescent strip lighting, HOB aqueon 20 that keeps my water crystal clear, 150watt heater, and an air pump

A 10 gallon,
Full hood, tetra whisper 20 internal filter, 75watt heater, rust colored sand (if you want)

Also have a spare 10 gallon, with a HOB aqueon 10 filter

If you want any fish with them,
1 killifish
4 corydoras (1 julii, 1 bronze, 2 albinos) they all school

Will take. 55 gallon with hood/light and substrate and (heater or filter) for:

3 ten gallon tanks
1 hood (for 10 gallon)
Screen top
2 HOB filters a year old
Rust colored sand for 1 ten gallon
20 lbs of black gravel
75watt heater
Aqeon 20 internal filter
