anyone want duckweed?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone with an interest in aquariums or fish keeping!
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I have never seen duckweed for sale at my LFSs, but there was a TON of it at the Calgary Aquarium Society Auction.

If no one wants some then I'm going to feed it to my Rosy barbs.. They eat over a cup of this stuff a week.

No editing in this forum, I forgot.

anyways, I was going to add... If no one wants some of this stuff by tomarrow, when I do my tank work, then I'm going to thin the heard and so to speak and feed it to my veggie eaters, because its getting to thick for my liking in the betta tanks.

I thought there was practically a waiting list...?
I was interested but waiting my turn behind the last three takers..... I figured you wouldn't have it til near summer...hey it's May!
I never see my shy fish anyway...unless I like stare at the tanks at midnight.
I think weedy growth would encourage bravery in the croakers and liquorice

I would like some duckweed too. I too thought there was a waiting list and didn't post I wanted some since I thought the waiting list was soo long.

PM me if you haev any still available.

the petland in rockford (by cherryvale mall) has a tank full of this stuff. they give it out free. i put it in my crayfish tank but i think the filter ate it up.

they say its "domestically grown" so its better.
